How to Redeem Your Voucher
So, you’ve received an exciting experience gift from a loved one? Lucky you! Redeeming your voucher is easy. Just head over to www.buyagift.co.uk/myvoucher and enter the voucher number and PIN found inside the bottom left-hand side of your card, then follow the instructions to book your adventure. Fun-filled times await!
How long is the voucher valid?
12 months from the date/ time of purchase. (not the date of dispatch)
Does my experience need to be taken or just booked before the expiry date?
You will need to have booked and attended your experience before the expiry date or the voucher will become invalid.
Are there any exclusions?
Digital Gifts cannot be added to Giant Cards or sent to international address's

Where can I find my voucher?
Your voucher code and title of the experience that has been purchased for you can be found on the inside right of your card.
How do I book my experience?
To view full booking details please go to https://myvoucher.buyagift.co.uk/Account/MyVoucher and enter your details. Please ensure the voucher and activation number do not have any spaces or hyphens. Please then follow the online prompts and use the contact details next to your chosen location to book a date.
Where can I check dates of availability and locations?
You can view dates and availability after you have logged into the activation portal to book your experience
