How does it work?
You can create your Moonpig eCard just like you’d create a standard Moonpig card.
Select the perfect design, personalise it and upload photos using our editor tool, then add your message inside. Once you’ve finished your creation, you’ll be asked to enter the recipient’s name and email address. As soon as you’ve completed check out, we’ll send them an email that includes a link to their personalised eCard. It will display a virtual version of the card that they can open and read using their computer mouse if they’re on desktop or their fingers if they’re on a mobile phone.
How much does it cost?
Our eCards cost 99p each.
How do I send an eCard?
Once you’ve finished personalising your card, we’ll ask you for the name and email address of the recipient. As soon as you’ve completed check out, we will send them an email containing a link to their own personalised eCard.
How do I know if my eCard’s been sent?
You will receive a confirmation email. This email will also contain a link to your eCard.
What if the recipient doesn't receive their e-card?
If, after 24 hours, the recipient still hasn’t received their eCard, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team.
