Card ONLY orders can be amended or cancelled via your order history if the order is still in 'Order Received status. If your order is in 'Printing' status please contact customer service to inquire if an amendment can be made.
If your order is in 'Sent' status it is no longer possible to make any changes.
Please note changes can only be made via the desktop version of our website and not via our App's.
Flowers & Gifts
If your order consists of a Bouquet, Plant and/or Gift (even if you want to amend the card attached) please contact customer service. Unfortunately it is not possible to make any changes to the order yourself.
For a quicker resolution please Chat with us. We cannot guarantee amendments / cancellations can be made via email contact as your order may have moved into a status where this would not longer be possible.
