What is Moonpig for work?
Moonpig for work is a tool that enables you to send hundreds of personalised cards to employees, clients and other recipients, automating delivery dates and personal details like names, birthdays, and work anniversaries.
How does it work?
- Choose your card: Select a design from our range or upload your own.
- Select a name format: Decide how each recipient's name would appear in the card: first name, full name, or no name.
- Personalise your message: Write a single personalised message that will appear inside each card. We'll automatically insert each recipient's name based on your chosen name format.
- Add recipient details: Upload your recipients' names, addresses and your desired delivery date(s). You can paste in their information or add it manually. You can also provide us with special occasion dates such as birthdays and work anniversaries and we’ll use them to personalise the card and make sure it arrives on their special day.
- We Handle the Rest: We'll print and send each card to your different recipients to arrive right on time!

Do I have to send the card on the same day I start working on it?
No, you don’t have to send the card on the same day. You can save your card and continue editing it for up to 26 days. After this period the card will be deleted from our system.
Personalisation & Card Options
Can I personalise each card?
Yes! You can add a message, stickers, photos, a video and even an audio message to make your card special. The recipient’s name will automatically be inserted based on the format you choose (first name, first and last name, or no name) to make it extra personalised.
Can I upload my own card design?
Absolutely! You can upload your own custom design to match your branding or occasion. You can also upload just your logo to some of the cards to make them on brand.
How would my recipients’ names be shown in the card?
Your recipient's name will appear inside the card and on covers of cards that support the name on the front. You can choose from:
- First Name Only
- First & Last Name
- No Name
The name will appear as {{name}} in the card editor and will be automatically personalised in the card. This field is not editable.
Can I use my company logo on the card design?
Yes! Many cards in our B2B range include space to upload your logo on both the front and back of the card. For the best results, use a horizontal logo with the dimensions 1024 x 270. Vertical or square logos may be cropped at the top and bottom. See an example of a logo card here.
Tip: If your logo doesn’t match these exact dimensions, try zooming out to adjust the image for a better fit.
Can I reuse a previously sent card design with the message inside?
Absolutely! You can use any previous cards sent with Moonpig for work. Your personalisation and message will be saved, so all you need to do is:
- Select a previous order
- Make any edits if needed
- Add your new recipients
It’s that simple!
Can I create multiple card designs simultaneously?
Currently, you can only work on one card design at a time. You’ll need to finish and send your card to your recipients before you can start a new one.
Uploading Recipient Data
How do I add recipient details?
You can add recipient details in two ways:
- Copy & Paste from a spreadsheet (download our example file here).
- Enter Manually
What information do I need to provide?
Your spreadsheet should include these columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Town
- Postcode
- Address (1st & 2nd line)
- Delivery date (optional, if you want us to automate the delivery)
- Event Date (optional)
Are there any specific requirements for the spreadsheet?
Yes, your spreadsheet must include a header row for all columns. However, the columns can be in any order. Download our example file here.
How do I copy and paste recipients’ data?
- Select the recipient data (including column headers) from your spreadsheet.
- Copy the selected data in your spreadsheet using the copy function in your software or a keyboard shortcut.

What happens after I upload my recipients’ data?
After uploading, we’ll process your data and use the recipient information to ensure your order is delivered to the correct addresses. You’ll be able to review and edit your recipients data and delivery dates before placing your order.
Delivery & Scheduling
How far in advance can I schedule cards?
Cards can only be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. If any delivery dates exceed this limit, you'll need to change them or remove those recipients before placing your order.
How are delivery dates determined?
If you have included a date column in your spreadsheet and pasted in this information, we automatically calculate the best available delivery date based on your requirements. You can always change the date manually or, if you don’t have a date column just select the delivery date(s) yourself.
Cards are sent via Royal Mail - First Class and typically arrive within 1-3 days after dispatch.
Pricing & Discounts
How much does it cost?
A single card is priced at £3.99 and postage is £1.65 per card. The total amount will depend on the number of cards ordered.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Get 30% off when you order 10+ cards. We also offer credit plans where the more credits you buy, the less you pay. To purchase credits, please get in touch here for more information.
Orders info
Can I review and make changes to my order before checkout?
Yes! Before placing your order, you’re able to:
- Preview a sample card with your first recipient’s details.
- Review your card quantity and scheduled delivery dates.
- Change the card and edit the message.
- Edit the recipient information and add new ones.
- Update the delivery date for all recipients or change individual dates.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you have placed an order:
- We’ll send you an order confirmation email with all the details.
- You can download a VAT receipt for your records.
- We’ll print and send out your cards as scheduled.
- You’ll be able to view the order in your account under the Orders section.
For the time being, it is not possible to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. Please review all details before confirming your order.
Can I track my order?
Currently, Moonpig for work orders are not tracked. Since we use Royal Mail - First Class, we are unable to provide tracking updates once your order has been dispatched. However, we aim for deliveries to arrive on or before your selected date, usually within 1-3 days of dispatch.
Payment
What payment methods are available with Moonpig for work?
You can pay using a debit or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can purchase credits to use over the next 12 months.
How do I purchase credits?
To purchase credits, please contact us by filling out this form with your information and the amount you’d like to buy. We’ll send you a secure payment link, and once the payment is complete, the credits will be added to your account for immediate use. Credit purchase is only available for 'for Work' customers.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Is my data safe?
Yes! We follow GDPR guidelines to ensure your data is secure and used only for processing your order.
